Мясомассажер УМ-250 предназначен для механизации процесса внутримышечного посола и массирования кускового мяса в вакууме при производстве копченых изделий (деликатесов) из говядины, свинины, баранины и др.

Все элементы установки изготовлены из нержавеющей стали.

Весь процесс посола и массирования можно запрограммировать путем задания времени вращения барабана в обе стороны и времени выдержки между вращениями.

Применение УМ-250 резко сокращает сроки созревания сырья и увеличивает выход готового продукта.
