Камера дефростации КФТЕХНО с отдельным блоком подготовки воздуха

Теплоносителем для дефростеров является электричество или пар высокого давления, возможен газ. Дефростация проводится за счет повышения температуры в камере и создания повышенной влажности. Влажность повышается с помощью специальных форсунок и в камере создается «холодный туман», который не обжигает по-верхность дефростируемого продукта. Температура в камере повышается до определенного, заданного значения, пока температура поверхности дефростируемого продукта не достигнет заданного значения (как правило, +6°С), после чего нагрев прекращается, пока температура поверхности не снизится на 2-3°С. И так происходит до достижения температуры в центре дефростируемого продукта заданного значения (как правило -1°С). Компания ООО КФТЕХНО производит два вида дефростеров: 1. Дефростеры с осевыми вентиляторами и нагревательными элементами, размещенными непосредственно в камере дефростации. 2. Дефростеры с отдельным блоком подготовки воздуха, который вынесен из помещения дефростации. Камера сушки и вяления рыбы встраиваемая в готовое помещение заказчика. Блок подготовки воздуха размещается за пределами помещения. Процесс сушки и вяления происходит в цикличном режиме – «обдув-пауза» по заданным параметрам температуры и влажности в камере. Благодаря этому, удаление влаги из глубоких слоев рыбы происходит более равномерно, снижая к минимуму появления «закала» на поверхности. Все режимы протекают в автоматическом режиме.
