Тестомес ТММ-330 предназначается для замешивания теста из пшеничной муки, ржаной муки, а также ржано-пшеничного теста. Влажность теста не должна быть меньше 35%. В качестве емкости для теста служит дежа не вращающаяся, подкатная, с объемом 330 литров. Дежа может быть изготовлена в двух вариантах исполнения. Из нержавеющей стали или из углеродистой стали. Тестомесильная машина ТММ-330 применяется на предприятиях хлебопекарной промышленности при производстве широкого ассортимента хлеба, хлебобулочных изделий, мелкоштучных изделий. На предприятиях кондитерской промышленности. На предприятиях общественного питания. Тестомес ТММ-330 представляет собой спиральную тестомесильную машину. В конструкцию машины входит поднимающаяся-опускающаяся траверса, для подкатывания или откатывания дежи, смонтированная на общей станине. Планетарный редуктор, смонтированный на траверсе. Станина, являющаяся основным элементом конструкции. Механизм привода. Пульт управления. Спиральный месильный орган, смонтированный на валу планетарного редуктора. Тестомесильная машина ТММ-330 оборудована таймером для отсчета времени замеса теста. Имеет устройство реверсивного вращения месильного органа в отличие от тестомесильной машины ТММ-140. Спиральный месильный орган в процессе замешивания теста, совершает движения планетарного принципа действия, вращается вокруг собственной оси и вокруг оси дежи. Тестомес ТММ-330 производит эффективное замешивание теста по всему объему дежи, а также в непосредственной близости от стенок дежи и ее донной части. Что является несомненным достоинством. Тестомесильная машина ТММ-330 имеет ряд дополнительных функций, служащих для удобства ее эксплуатации. Одной из них является автоматический подъем траверсы после окончания замешивания теста.
