Опрокидыватель состоит из двух основных элементов: рамы и корпуса трансмиссии (подвижной платформы). Рама служит опорой для движения подвижной платформы и включает в себя несущую раму, основание и пути.

Несущая рама воспринимает на себя всю нагрузку при подъеме подвижной платформы с груженой вагонеткой. Основание является базой для всех элементов опрокидывателя и площадкой, на которую заезжает вагонетка. Пути – это направляющие, по которым поднимается и опускается подвижная платформа. Подвижная платформа служит как подвижная чаша, в которой установлена груженая вагонетка.

В опрокидывателе вагонеток используются разные типы оборудования: мотор-редукторы, редукторы и шкафы оператора. Перечисленное оборудование предназначено для фиксации вагонетки, подъема подвижной платформы, опрокидывания вагонетки и контроля выгрузки.

Грохоты

Грохот - один из основных видов технологического оборудования обогатительных фабрик и дробильно-сортировочных заводов. Предназначен для механической сортировки сыпучих материалов по размеру частиц. Применяется для сортировки угля, руды, нерудных и других сыпучих материалов. Грохот представляет собой набор подвижных вибрационных сит с разными размерами ячеек. Сортировка происходит за счет просеивания исходного материала, который подается на грохот посредством питателя. Сортировка происходит в результате продвижения и ударов сыпучего материала о поверхности сита и стенокрабочей камеры, в результате чего материал обезвоживается, освобождается от крупных примесей и калибруется по размеру фракции.

Щековые дробилки

Принцип работы: Щековая дробилка состоит из неподвижной и подвижной плит. Материал подается сверху. Движущаяся плита на эксцентриковом валу производит возвратно-поступательные движения вперед и назад посредством распорной плиты. Когда подвижная плита перемещается ближе к неподвижной плите, материал дробится силой сжатия; когда подвижная плита отходит от неподвижной плиты, раздробленный материал выходит из разгрузочного отверстия под действием силы тяжести. Дробилка оснащена двумя маховиками, установленными на эксцентриковом валу. Один из них рифленый и приводится в действие отдельным электродвигателем через закрытый клиноременной привод. Принцип работы грохот-питателя валкового Исходный материал загружается в бункер питателя и за счет вращения роликов перемещается в заданном направлении.
