Заправочно-затяжной станок используется на волочильных станах, оснащенных ступенчатыми барабанами с функцией скольжения. Ступени на тянущих шайбах имеют малые размеры, волокодержатели смонтированы компактно, из-за чего заправку на самом стане делать сложно. Для этого проволоку протягивают через волоку вне стана посредством заправочно-затяжных устройств. В основном затяжные устройства комплектуют в сочетании с острильной машиной.Заостренный на острильной машине конец проволоки вставляют в волоку, затем захватывают клещами, установленными на барабане, и медленно втягивают вращающимся барабаном в волоку. При наличии на барабане нужной длины проволоки барабан останавливают и заправляют проволоку в следующую волоку.Производитель: Собственное производство
