Легкий, удобный обвалочный нож из нержавеющей стали марки DIN 1.4110 - углеродистая сталь с добавлением молибдена и ванадия. Углерод придает высокую твердость лезвию, тем самым уменьшая износ и сохраняя остроту режущей части.
