Двухскоростная тестомесильная машина ТМ-140М2 предназначена для порционного замеса дрожжевого теста из пшеничной и ржаной муки влажностью не менее 33 % в неподвижной подкатной деже вместимостью 140 литров. Тестомес ТМ-140М2 изготавливается в углеродистом (крышка дежи, крышка привода и мес. орган из углеродистой стали) и в нержавеющем исполнении (крышка дежи, крышка привода и мес. орган изготовлены из из нержавеющей стали). Подъемный механизм траверсы отличается от подъемного механизма аналогичных тестомесов (ТММ-140 и Л4-ХТВ) долговечностью, так как механизм редукторного типа не требует периодической замены гайки винтового механизма. Пульт управления изготовлен из современных электронных деталей, он более прост в использовании, более надежен и долговечен.
