повышается износостойкость деталей и увеличивается срок службы всего агрегата.Преимущества использования экструдеров ЭК: экономия на кормах (экструзионные корма усваиваются на 30 - 37 % лучше, чем дробленые корма) стерильность - при откорме молодых животных важно, чтобы корма были не только полезными, но и безопасными термическая обработка - убивает опасные и вредные инфекции, даже если зерно уже начало плесневеть большие привесы - ускоряет время откорма животных низкая влажность - корм хранится до полу года, без потери полезных свойств сухой корм - возможность кормить животных без запаривания, экономя средства и время

Зернодробилки ДМП предназначены для дробления злаковых и бобовых культур, кукурузы, семян масличных растений. Могут использоваться как самостоятельные машины, так и в составе технологических линий для производства кормов. Зерно, предназначенное для измельчения, засасывается пневмосистемой через заборник (эксгаузер) и поступает по гибкому шлангу через улавливатель магнитных примесей и камней в молотковую камеру. В молотковой камере материал подвергается измельчению под действием быстро вращающихся (с окружной скоростью 80 м/сек) молотков. Раздробленный материал, после прохождения через сито, поступает в диффузорную камеру, а затем на вход в вентиляторную камеру. Из вентиляторной камеры помол зерна пневмосистемой транспортируется в смеситель кормов.
