Сварочный позиционер осуществляет вращение закрепленной детали вокруг своей оси и позволяет изменять угол наклона планшайбы в диапазоне от 180 до 90 градусов с помощью электродвигателя. Регулировка скорости и напрвления вращения осуществляется с пульта управления. При правильно установленой скорости вращения и позиции горелки значительно повышается качество сварочного шва и уменьшается время . Микрокомпьютерная программа точно управляет системой управления. Программа определяет точное время задержки и угол поворота. Включение и остановка вращения осуществляется с использованием педали. В комплекте с Позиционером идет трехкулачковый патрон диаметром 400 мм.
