Спиральный тестомес Abat ТМС-40НН-2П используется на предприятиях общественного питания и торговли для замеса различного теста, используемого для приготовления хлебобулочных и кондитерских изделий. Модель оснащена регулируемыми по высоте ножками.

Корпус выполнен из высококачественной конструкционной стали с полимерным покрытием, металлические детали машины, контактирующие с продуктом во время замеса (спираль, дежа, нож) - из нержавеющей стали марки AISI 304.
