Оптические зерноочистители предназначены для глубокой очистки и сортировки зерновых культур, семян, масличных культур, ягод, орехов, кофе и других сыпучих продуктов от сорных примесей/инородных предметов/некондиционных зерен, и доведения их до товарных кондиций. Использование фотосепараторов возможно практически для всех сыпучих продуктов с сортировкой по размеру, геометрии, цвету и яркости (распределению цветовых пятен). Сортировка производится на проходной продукт и отбраковываемые частицы. Отбраковываемые частицы выводятся целенаправленным пневматическим импульсом. Фотосепараторы хорошо востребованы сельхозпроизводителями, в селекционной работе, при сортировке и очистке сырья на фасовочных производствах. Реальный опыт использования оптических сортировочных машин показывает что инвестиции в них быстро окупаются, т.к. увеличивается стоимость конечной продукции после переработки.
