Машина для нарезки овощей предназначена для нарезки соломкой моркови, свеклы, сельдерея, лука. Нарезка производится в диапазоне от 1 до 5 мм. Наиболее популярная нарезка 2.5 х 2.5 мм. Идеально подходит для нарезки моркови по-корейски.
Машина может работать в непрерывном режиме, легко обслуживается и моется, имеет компактные габариты, изготовлена из нержавеющей стали SUS304. Все ножи сменные.
Принцип работы:
Продукт (непрерывно) забрасывается в барабан для нарезки. Попадая в специальный желоб, уже в самом барабане, стопорится в нужном для нарезки положении. Продукт нарезается равномерно по всей длине.
